1. Watanabe Glass Partition System

It is designed by Phoenix Enterprise Development in Japan, OEM in China and solely distributed by Honyat Development Ltd. for the Hong Kong and Macau markets.

The “WATA-GP” Series are acoustic glass partitions with slim aluminium perimeter profiles and mullion-less continuous glazings for maximum view and light. The typical double glazed partition and doorset assembly is specially tested and certified to HOKLAS accredited acoustic rating of Rw:44dB (11.52mm + 13.52mm laminated glass) for compliance with government, public and private sectors’ requirements.

2. Tate In-Floor Cooling Solutions

Modern IT equipment has steadily increased in density to over 30kW per rack over the past decade. Thus, optimizing the cooling system's capacity and energy efficiency are the major concern on design and operation of the data center nowadays. Controlled by rack-by-rack level, Tate^® Airflow Management Solutions use the directionality (DirectAire^®), variable air volume dampers (SmartAire^®), floor mounted fans (PowerAire^®) and aisle containment (ContainAire^®) to minimize the bypass airflow and provide the exact amount of airflow where it's needed. Unlike traditional physical containment, our virtual containment has no fire suppression and complies with all local fire codes.
